Every tier includes everything needed to complete the job. One price, no line items.
If an add-on applies to your job, you'll see it before your appointment — not when we show up.

The quote process takes about two minutes. We'll follow up to confirm details.
Mount note: You supply the mount. Mount type, brand, and model number are confirmed during the scope call before install day. If you don't have a mount or aren't sure which one your installation requires, TrueLVL can source it for a flat sourcing fee plus mount cost. The Gallery tier is different: Frame TV and LG G Series displays ship with their own proprietary mount, so no separate purchase is needed.

Customize Your Install
Most installs require zero add-ons. The three tiers above cover the vast majority of residential jobs. When an add-on does apply, it is disclosed at time of booking, never surfaced on arrival.
TV Size & Surface
TV 85"+ upcharge
Larger TVs require heavier hardware, more precise handling, and additional install time.
TV 100"+ upcharge
TVs this size need two-person handling and extended install time.
Installation on brick, stone, or tile
Specialized drill bits, different anchors, and a slower install. Less forgiving materials require a different process entirely.
Over-fireplace installation
Heat clearance, mantel protection, and viewing angle all get evaluated before anything goes on that wall.
Audio & Device Integration
In-wall media enclosure
Streaming devices, cables, and power strips go inside the wall. All you see is the screen.
Requires existing power at the mount location.
Soundbar installation & calibration
For soundbars on a credenza, media cabinet, or entertainment unit. Connected and calibrated so your audio matches the quality of everything else in the room.
Wall-mounted soundbar installation
Mounted, connected, and calibrated at the standard of your chosen tier. Client-supplied mount required. Hardware sourcing available at additional material cost.
Multi-TV pricing
Your highest-tier installation is charged at full price. Every additional TV on the same visit gets the discounted rate shown below.
Example: two TVs at the Integrated level. The first is $449. The second is $299. Total: $748 for the install.

Add-ons are selected when you configure your quote. All add-ons are presented, priced, and confirmed before your appointment is finalized.
Deposit policy
Work Order Deposit

Your deposit locks your date. That slot comes off our calendar and is held for you. Every dollar applies to your total. The deposit is fixed regardless of any scope revisions made during your scope call.
Reschedule any time, free. Your $50 deposit transfers to the new install date. No fee. No notice window.
Always freeCancellations made more than 48 hours before your install are fully refundable.
Full refundCancellations within 48 hours of your install forfeit the $50 deposit.
ForfeitIf your install cannot proceed because no mount is on-site and sourcing was not arranged in advance, the deposit is forfeited. A $75 return visit fee applies to rebook.
Forfeit + $75If TrueLVL cancels or reschedules, your deposit is refunded in full regardless of notice window.
Full refundThe install date is confirmed only after the deposit is received. A selected date without a completed deposit is not held.
If TrueLVL is sourcing a mount on your behalf, the mount cost is a separate payment from the $50 deposit and follows a separate refund policy.

HOW IT WORKSScope boundaries
These items fall outside our install scope. You will know that before your install date, not on it.
If your job involves anything near these boundaries, a quick call before your install resolves it. Nothing surfaces on installation day that wasn't confirmed in advance.
TV purchase or supply
TrueLVL mounts the TV you already own. We do not supply or source televisions.
Drywall repair or patching
We don't patch or repair drywall. We drill only the holes the install requires, placed precisely.
Furniture moving (beyond basic clearance)
We'll clear the immediate work area, but full furniture rearrangement is outside our scope.
Damage from pre-existing wall conditions
Walls with structural issues, moisture damage, or non-standard construction may affect the install scope. If we find something, we stop and tell you before we continue.
Work performed after TrueLVL has completed installation
Customer-initiated modifications after the installation is approved and completed are not covered under the workmanship guarantee.
